The hotel could improve on the quality of towels and soap.

The staff was very friendly. The manager, Mr. Roberts gave us useful advice on what to visit in Sibiu and which restaurants to pick. The room, bathroom and bed were large and clean. The bar is opened non-stop, there was no problem getting water late in the evening.

The air conditioner was leaking condensation at times. The hotel is not located in the center of the city, but it's easy to reach it within a 15 min walk.

We enjoyed service and the food here. Large room. Just a walk down to trattoria ciao italia, where you can have lunch. Quick customer service.

Enjoyed our romantic escape at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and nicely furnished, with picturesque views of the surrounding hills and mountains. Breakfast was included in the price and was satisfying. The hotel was conveniently located, just a short walk from the city center and all the attractions.

The hotel had a strong smell of cigarettes throughout the building. Some of the staff was not helpful or friendly and there were no maps or directions provided to walk to the old town.

The internet connection is very good as well, so that I could work as well. Overall very good place for business and tours in transsilvania.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The best aspects were the cleanliness, parking, location in a quiet area favorable to do it in the city not in the restaurant, and friendly staff. The room was exceptionally clean and parking was available right in front of the hotel. The hotel's location in a quiet area was perfect for us, as it was just a short walk to the city center.
